Art. 8
1 Im Teilgebiet B sind mindestens 40 Prozent und im Teilgebiet C mindestens 30 Prozent der anrechenbaren Geschossfläche als preisgünstiger Wohnraum gemäss § 49b PBG6 zu erstellen. 2 Eine Verlegung dieser Fläche zwischen den Teilgebieten B und C ist bis höchstens 2500 m2 zulässig. 3 Für den preisgünstigen Wohnraum gilt die Belegungsvorschrift, dass die Personenzahl die Zahl ganzer Zimmer nicht mehr als um 1 unterschreiten darf.
