1 Die maximal anrechenbare Geschossfläche in allen Geschossen beträgt: a. im Teilgebiet B 27 000 m2; b. im Teilgebiet C 25 000 m2. 2 Zur anrechenbaren Geschossfläche zählen alle dem Wohnen, Arbeiten oder sonst dem dauernden Aufenthalt dienenden oder hierfür verwendbaren Räume in allen Geschossen unter Einschluss der dazugehörigen Erschliessungsflächen und Sanitärräume samt inneren Trennwänden. 3 Die maximal anrechenbare oberirdische Baumasse beträgt im Teilgebiet A 86 000 m3. 4 Die Anrechenbarkeit der Baumasse richtet sich nach § 258 PBG7. 6 vom 7.
