Erhebungsstellen 1 Der Staatsrat bezeichnet nach Anhörung der betroffenen Kreise und Stellungnahme der kantonalen Öffentlichkeits-, Datenschutz- und Mediationskommission die Erhebungsstelle, die für die Bearbeitung der Daten nach Artikel 18a Abs. 2 verantwortlich ist. 2 Der Staatsrat bezeichnet die für die Verknüpfung dieser Daten verantwortlichen Erhebungsstellen und legt gegebenenfalls fest, welche Stelle welche Daten unter Beachtung von Artikel 17a und 17b verknüpfen darf.
