Verletzung der Auskunftspflicht 1 Wer bei einer aufgrund dieses Gesetzes angeordneten Erhebung vorsätzlich falsche oder irreführende Angaben macht oder trotz schriftlicher Mahnung der gesetzlichen Auskunftspflicht nicht oder nicht richtig nachkommt, wird mit einer Busse von 100 bis 10'000 Franken bestraft.
