Strafbestimmungen 1 Zuwiderhandlungen gegen diese Verordnung, die in den Artikeln 19–28 BetmG nicht vorgesehen sind, werden nach dem Justizgesetz verfolgt und beurteilt. 2 Die Beamtinnen und Beamten der Kantonspolizei sind für die Verhängung der Ordnungsbussen im Sinne von Artikel 28b BetmG zuständig.
