Art. 11 Flughafentransfers
(Art. 9 Abs. 2 PBG) Bei der Prüfung des Gesuchs für ein Angebot von Flughafentransfers wird vermutet, dass für das bestehende Angebot anderer öffentlicher Transportunternehmen keine volkswirtschaftlich nachteiligen Wettbewerbsverhältnisse entstehen.
