Art. 38
Rückzahlung 1 Darlehen sind in jährlichen Raten zurückzuzahlen. 2 Nach Ausbildungsabschluss sind folgende Raten in Prozent des gewährten Darlehens fällig: a) 2 Prozent im ersten Jahr; b) 6 Prozent im zweiten Jahr; c) 6 Prozent im dritten Jahr; d) 8 Prozent im vierten Jahr; e) 8 Prozent im fünften Jahr. Danach ist die restliche Schuld innert sieben Jahren in Absprache mit der Fachstelle und auf der Basis eines Abzahlungsplanes zurückzuzahlen.
