Art. 5 Unterstützungsbeiträge für die Weiter- oder Fortbildung von Fachpersonen
1 Als Unterstützungsbeiträge für die Weiter- oder Fortbildung von Fachpersonen nach Artikel 55 Absatz 2 Buchstabe b HMG zulässig sind Beiträge, die die Voraussetzungen nach Artikel 4 Buchstaben a–f erfüllen. 2 Die Organisation muss unabhängig über die Art und Auswahl der Weiter- oder Fortbildung sowie über die teilnehmenden Fachpersonen entscheiden.
