Zuständigkeit a) Bewilligung 1 Das Amt für Umwelt bewilligt Bau und Betrieb von Rohrleitungsanlagen.* 2 Es erteilt einem Betreiber eines Gasverteilnetzes mit einem Betriebsdruck von höchstens 1 bar eine generelle Bewilligung für Bau und Betrieb, wenn dieser es beantragt und nachweist, dass er Gewähr für ordnungsgemässen Bau und Betrieb bietet.
