§ 6a Anwendung der Notfallverfahren
(1) Die §§ 6b bis 6d sind anzuwenden, wenn 1. die Europäische Kommission nach Artikel 28 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/2747 einen Durchführungsrechtsakt in Bezug auf ein Gerät oder eine Maschine erlassen hat, für das oder die diese Verordnung gilt, und 2. ein Gerät oder eine Maschine, für das oder die diese Verordnung gilt, in der Liste krisenrelevanter Waren nach Artikel 18 Absatz 4 Satz 1, auch in Verbindung mit Satz 3, der Verordnung (EU) 2024/2747 enthalten ist. (2) Die §§ 6b bis 6d sind nur anzuwenden, solange der Notfallmodus für den Binnenmarkt nach Artikel 18 Absatz 4 Satz 1 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/2747 aktiviert ist.
