Inhalt 1 Die Jahresrechnung enthält die folgenden Elemente: 1. Bilanz; 2. Erfolgsrechnung; 3. Investitionsrechnung; 4. Geldflussrechnung; 5. Anhang. 2 Die Bilanz gliedert sich nach dem Kontenrahmen des Harmonisierten Rechnungsmodells. 3 Die Erfolgsrechnung und die Investitionsrechnung sind gleich darzustellen wie im Budget. 4 Dem zuständigen Organ sind zum Vergleich auch die Zahlen der Bilanz, der Erfolgsrechnung und der Investitionsrechnung des Vorjahres aufzuzeigen.
