Art. 3 Freiheitsentzug
Als Freiheitsentzug im Sinne dieses Gesetzes gilt jede Form des Festhaltens oder der Inhaftierung einer Person oder deren Unterbringung in einer öffentlichen oder privaten Einrichtung, die sie nicht nach Belieben verlassen darf, sofern dies auf Anordnung oder Veranlassung einer Behörde oder im Einverständnis mit einer Behörde geschieht.
