§ 12⁷. Õppekava ja tegevusloa muutmine
(1) Täienduskoolitusasutus võib tegevusloa kehtivuse ajal teha õppekavas muudatusi. Õppekava muudatused esitab täienduskoolitusasutus hariduse infosüsteemi kaudu hariduse infosüsteemi põhimääruses sätestatud korras. (2) Õppekavas õpiväljundite või õppemahu muutmise korral tuleb taotleda uus tegevusluba.
