§ 1. Tagatisfond
(1) Tagatisfond (edaspidi Fond) on «Tagatisfondi seadusega» (edaspidi seadus) asutatud avalik-õiguslik juriidiline isik. (2) Fondi nime ingliskeelne tõlge on Guarantee Fund. (3) Fondi osafondide nimetuste ingliskeelsed tõlked on: Deposit Guarantee Sectoral Fund (hoiuste tagamise osafond), Investor Protection Sectoral Fund (investorikaitse osafond), Pension Protection Sectoral Fund (pensionikaitse osafond), Annuity Protection Sectoral Fund (pensionilepingute osafond) ja Crisis Resolution Sectoral Fund (kriisilahenduse osafond). (4) Fondil on ainuõigus oma nimele ja osafondide nimetustele.
