Die §§ 6 bis 9 Satz 1, §§ 11, 12, 18 bis 20 und 22 bis 24 der Verordnung über die Rechnungslegung von Versicherungsunternehmen vom 8. November 1994 (BGBl. I S. 3378), die zuletzt durch Artikel 6 des Gesetzes vom 10. Dezember 2001 (BGBl. I S. 3414) geändert worden ist, in der jeweils geltenden Fassung sind entsprechend anzuwenden, § 6 Abs. 2 mit der Maßgabe, dass die Darstellung nur im Anhang zu erfolgen hat.
