§ 24a
§ 22 findet keine Anwendung, soweit die zuständige Behörde am 30. Mai 2017 1. wegen des Verdachts auf Brucellose a) eine Untersuchung bei einem Schaf oder einer Ziege des Bestandes oder b) sonstige Schutzmaßregeln im Hinblick auf den Schaf- oder Ziegenbestand angeordnet hat oder 2. Brucellose in dem Schaf- oder Ziegenbestand amtlich festgestellt worden ist. Die zuständige Behörde erkennt den Schaf- oder Ziegenbestand amtlich als brucellosefrei an, soweit die Voraussetzungen nach § 22a Absatz 2 vorliegen.
