§ 11 Palliativversorgung
(1) Spezialisierte ambulante Palliativversorgung wird gewährt, wenn wegen einer nicht heilbaren, fortschreitenden und weit fortgeschrittenen Erkrankung bei einer zugleich begrenzten Lebenserwartung eine besonders aufwändige Versorgung notwendig ist. (2) Kosten für eine vollstationäre oder teilstationäre Palliativversorgung in einem Hospiz werden in angemessener Höhe übernommen, wenn nach truppenärztlicher Bescheinigung eine ambulante Versorgung im eigenen Haushalt oder in der Familie nicht erbracht werden kann.
