§ 27. Geodeetiliste märkide tähistamine
(1) Geodeetilise märgi asukoha leidmiseks ja märgist lähtuvate piirangute tajumise hõlbustamiseks on märgi omanik kohustatud tähistama märgi asukoha. (2) Geodeetilise märgi tähis on geodeetilise märgiga lahutamatult seotud ning seda loetakse geodeetilise märgi koostisosaks.
