§ 42. Koha-aadressi määramise kohustus
Maaüksusel maakatastriseaduse tähenduses (edaspidi maaüksus) ja hoonel peab olema määratud koha-aadress. Hooneosade koha-aadressi peab määrama juhul, kui tegemist on eluruumiga või kui selle eristamine aadressi alusel on vajalik muul põhjusel.
