§ 2. Vähese tähtsusega abi
Toetus on vähese tähtsusega abi komisjoni määruse (EL) nr 717/2014, milles käsitletakse Euroopa Liidu toimimise lepingu artiklite 107 ja 108 kohaldamist vähese tähtsusega abi suhtes kalandus- ja vesiviljelussektoris (ELT L 190, 28.06.2014, lk 45–54), artikli 3 tähenduses.
