1 Bei unterjährigem Austritt besteht der Anspruch auf eine variable Komponente pro rata temporis. 2 Sofern aufgrund einer kurzen Beurteilungsdauer der individuellen Leistung keine sinnvolle Zielbeurteilung möglich ist, wird für die Zielerreichung auf die Beurteilung des Vorjahres abgestellt. 3 Bei Austritt innerhalb der Probezeit besteht kein Anspruch auf eine variable Komponente.
