Verfahren 1Die fehlbare Person ist darauf hinzuweisen, dass dieses Verfahren nur dann zur Anwendung gelangt, sofern sie die Busse anerkennt und keine Einwendungen gegen den sofortigen Einzug erhebt; weiter ist ihr mitzuteilen, dass gegen die Bestrafung Rechtsmittel ausgeschlossen sind. 2Im Übrigen richtet sich das Verfahren des unmittelbaren Busseneinzuges sinngemäss nach den Bestimmungen des Ordnungsbussengesetzes vom 24. Juni 1970 (SR 741.03), namentlich Art. 1 Abs. 3, Art. 2, Art. 3a, Art. 6 Abs. 2 und 3 sowie Art. 7-11.
