Art. 52 Anforderungen an die Lehrkräfte
1) Lehrkräfte, die in der beruflichen Grundbildung, der höheren Berufsbildung und der berufsorientierten Weiterbildung unterrichten, verfügen über eine fachliche und eine pädagogische und methodisch-didaktische Bildung. 2) Die Mindestanforderungen an die Bildung der Lehrkräfte wird mit Verordnung festgelegt.
