Art. 1 Gegenstand und Bezeichnungen
1) Diese Verordnung regelt insbesondere: a) die berufliche Grundbildung; b) die berufsorientierte Weiterbildung; c) die Qualifikationsverfahren; d) die Finanzierung der Berufsbildung. 2) Unter den in dieser Verordnung verwendeten Personen- und Funktionsbezeichnungen sind Angehörige des weiblichen und des männlichen Geschlechts zu verstehen.
