Art. 8 Schulisch organisierte Vermittlung der Bildung in beruflicher Praxis
Vor der Erteilung einer Bildungsbewilligung an eine Institution, die eine schulisch organisierte Grundbildung im Sinne von Art. 4 Abs. 1 Bst. b des Gestzes anbietet, klärt das Amt für Berufsbildung und Berufsberatung in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Organisationen der Arbeitswelt ab, ob der Bezug zur Arbeitswelt gewährleistet ist.
