Haftung und Schadenersatz 1 Die Inhaberin oder der Inhaber der Bewilligung und allfällige Rechtsnachfolgende haften der Stadt Luzern für sämtliche Schäden, die infolge der Ausübung der Bewilligung und der damit zusammenhängenden Vorkehrungen entstehen. 2 Mittelbare Schäden, insbesondere in Form von Einnahmeausfällen, die der Stadt Luzern entstehen, sind ebenfalls auszugleichen.
