Nutzung des öffentlichen Grundes 1 Öffentlicher Grund, insbesondere Flächen in der Grünzone oder Park- und Grünanlagen, Plätze und Strassen, und dessen Einrichtungen sind schonend zu nutzen. 2 Es ist untersagt, öffentlichen Grund und seine Einrichtungen zu verunreinigen, zu beschädigen oder zu zerstören.
