§ 4 Technische Bewertungsstelle
(1) Das Deutsche Institut für Bautechnik ist Technische Bewertungsstelle im Sinne des Artikels 39 Absatz 1 Unterabsatz 1 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/3110, insbesondere für die in Anhang VII der Verordnung (EU) 2024/3110 aufgeführten Produktfamilien. (2) Das Deutsche Institut für Bautechnik wirkt im Auftrag des Bundesministeriums für Wohnen, Stadtentwicklung und Bauwesen in der Organisation Technischer Bewertungsstellen nach Artikel 41 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/3110 mit. (3) Dem Bundesministerium für Wohnen, Stadtentwicklung und Bauwesen obliegen die Mitteilung nach Artikel 39 Absatz 1 Unterabsatz 2 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/3110 und die Unterrichtung nach Artikel 39 Absatz 3 Unterabsatz 2 der Verordnung (EU) 2024/3110.
