§ 8 Sprache
(1) Die für die Leistungserklärung nach Artikel 7 Absatz 4, die Gebrauchsanleitung und Sicherheitsinformationen nach Artikel 11 Absatz 6, Artikel 13 Absatz 4 und Artikel 14 Absatz 2 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 305/2011 in der Fassung vom 30. Mai 2024 zu verwendende Sprache ist Deutsch. Die in Artikel 11 Absatz 8 Satz 1, Artikel 13 Absatz 9 Satz 1 und Artikel 14 Absatz 5 Satz 1 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 305/2011 in der Fassung vom 30. Mai 2024 genannten Unterlagen und Informationen sind in deutscher Sprache auszuhändigen. (2) Die für die Leistungs- und Konformitätserklärung nach Artikel 16 Absatz 4 sowie für die Produktinformationen, Gebrauchsanweisungen und Sicherheitsinformationen nach Artikel 22 Absatz 6, Artikel 24 Absatz 3 und Artikel 25 Absatz 2 Buchstabe c der Verordnung (EU) 2024/3110 in der Fassung vom 27. November 2024 zu verwendende Sprache ist Deutsch.
