§ 5 Emissionsrelevante Änderung in einer Feuerungsanlage

(2) Eine emissionsrelevante Änderung an einer genehmigungsbedürftigen Feuerungsanlage liegt regelmäßig vor bei einer Änderung einer Feuerungsanlage nach § 16 Absatz 1 des Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetzes.
