Art. 79 Mitbenutzung von Anlagen nach Artikel 36 Absatz 2 FMG
Als angemessenes Entgelt für die Mitbenutzung von Anlagen anderer Anbieterinnen nach Artikel 36 Absatz 2 FMG gilt der massgebende Anteil an den Vollkosten. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V vom 18. Nov. 2020, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2021 (AS 2020 6183).
