Art. 87 Dienstesicherheit
1 Die Anbieterinnen von Fernmeldediensten müssen ihre Kundinnen und Kunden über die Abhör- und Eingriffsrisiken informieren, welche die Benützung ihrer Dienste mit sich bringt. 2 Sie müssen ihnen geeignete Hilfsmittel zur Beseitigung dieser Risiken anbieten oder nennen.
