§ 10. Eksporditehingule eksporditagatise andmisest keeldumine
(1) Kindlustusandja võib eksporditehingule eksporditagatise andmisest alati keelduda. (2) Kindlustusandja peab eksporditagatise andmisest keelduma, kui on ilmnenud, et tagatisevõtja on kindlustuslepingu sõlmimiseks esitatud dokumentides esitanud valeandmeid.
