§ 5. Krediidirisk
Krediidirisk käesoleva seaduse tähenduses on kindlustusrisk, mis tuleneb eksporditagatisega seotud lepingu alusel tagatisevõtjale täitmisele kuuluva rahalise kohustuse täitmata jätmisest ja mis on põhjustatud käesoleva seaduse § 4 punktides 1–9 loetletud vähemalt ühe asjaolu tõttu.
