Finanzwesen 1 Der Sitzkanton stellt der Anstalt einen finanziellen Vorschuss in Form eines Darlehens unter folgenden Bedingungen zur Verfügung: a) Betrag: CHF 1'500'000.00; b) Dauer: 15 Jahre; c) lineare Amortisation über 15 Jahre; d) Zinssatz: der Zinssatz entspricht dem mittleren Zinssatz der Schuld des Sitzkantons beim Beginn der Tätigkeit der Anstalt. Er wird jährlich neu berechnet.
