§ 41 Übergangsbestimmungen für Langzeitentsendung
(1) Die nach § 13b Absatz 1 vorgeschriebenen Arbeitsbedingungen sind frühestens ab dem 30. Juli 2020 anzuwenden. (2) Für die Berechnung der Beschäftigungsdauer nach § 13b Absatz 1 werden Zeiten der Beschäftigung im Inland vor dem 30. Juli 2020 mitgezählt. Hat die Beschäftigung im Inland vor dem 30. Juli 2020 begonnen, gilt die Mitteilung nach § 13b Absatz 2 als abgegeben.
