Art. 24 Nicht-Verantwortlichkeit der Schweiz
Der Schweiz erwächst aus der Tätigkeit der Internationalen Arbeitsorganisation auf ihrem Gebiet keinerlei internationale Verantwortlichkeit, weder aus Handlungen und Unterlassungen der Organisation, noch aus Handlungen oder Unterlassungen ihrer in Ausübung ihrer Funktionen tätigen Beamten.
