Art. 28 Inkrafttreten
1. Das vorliegende Abkommen tritt in Kraft, sobald es durch den Schweizerischen Bundesrat und den Verwaltungsrat des Internationalen Arbeitsamtes genehmigt worden ist. 2. Es wird vom Zeitpunkt der Auflösung des Völkerbundes an wirksam sein. Der Völkerbund wurde aufgelöst durch Beschluss seiner Versammlung vom 18. April 1946 (BBl 1946 II 1233).
