Kanton 1 Der Kanton unterstützt die Bestrebungen der Gemeinden sowie die Tätigkeit von Privaten und kulturellen Institutionen. 2 Er setzt sich für die Förderung und Vermittlung zeitgenössischer Kultur und die Bewahrung, Pflege, Erforschung sowie Vermittlung des überlieferten Kulturgutes ein. 3 Er übernimmt kulturelle Aufgaben selber, wenn dies im öffentlichen Interesse liegt.
