§ 16 Zeugnisse und Mitteilungen
(1) Nach dem Bestehen des Ersten, Zweiten und Dritten Abschnitts der Pharmazeutischen Prüfung erteilt das Landesprüfungsamt jeweils ein Zeugnis nach Muster der Anlage 10, nach dem Bestehen der drei Abschnitte der Pharmazeutischen Prüfung ein Zeugnis nach Muster der Anlage 11. (2) Das Landesprüfungsamt unterrichtet den Prüfling und die anderen Landesprüfungsämter, wenn die Pharmazeutische Prüfung endgültig nicht bestanden worden ist.
