Art. 18e Kontrolle der Meldepflicht
1 Das BSV kontrolliert mindestens einmal pro Jahr die Anzahl der eingegangenen Meldungen jeder Stelle nach Artikel 21c FamZG. 2 Stellt es Mängel fest oder vermutet es Versäumnisse, so fordert es die betreffende Stelle unter Fristansetzung auf, die erforderlichen Daten nachzuliefern. 3 Kommt die Stelle der Aufforderung nicht nach, so meldet das BSV sie bei der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde.
