Art. 18f Meldeverkehr und Datenbearbeitung
1 Der Meldeverkehr zwischen den Stellen nach Artikel 21c FamZG und der Zentralen Ausgleichsstelle erfolgt in einem elektronischen Verfahren. 2 Die Zentrale Ausgleichsstelle erfasst die Daten im Familienzulagenregister, nachdem sie die nötigen Überprüfungen vorgenommen hat. 3 Die Stellen nach Artikel 21c FamZG sind für die Richtigkeit der Daten verantwortlich.
