Art. 5 Pflegekinder
(Art. 4 Abs. 1 Bst. c FamZG) Für Pflegekinder besteht ein Anspruch auf Familienzulagen, wenn sie im Sinne von Artikel 49 Absatz 1 der Verordnung vom 31. Oktober 1947 über die Alters- und Hinterlassenenversicherung unentgeltlich zu dauernder Pflege und Erziehung aufgenommen worden sind. SR 831.101
