Einschränkungen 1 Zu Geodaten der Zugangsberechtigungsstufe C wird der Zugang nur gewährt, wenn: a) die anfragende Stelle nachweist, dass sie die Daten für die Erfüllung ihres gesetzlichen Auftrags benötigt und b) der Zugang die innere oder äussere Sicherheit nicht gefährdet.
