Nutzungsbedingungen 1 Das E-Government-Kooperationsgremium erlässt allgemeine Nutzungsbedingungen für Geodaten. Diese setzen die Grundsätze von Open Government Data um. 2 Die Nutzerinnen und Nutzer sind für die Einhaltung der Nutzungsbedingungen verantwortlich. Die Geodaten dürfen nicht missbräuchlich oder irreführend verwendet werden. 3 Die Geodaten dürfen nur mit Quellenangabe und Angabe zum Aktualitätsstand veröffentlicht und weitergegeben werden. Das Kompetenzzentrum GDI kann in begründeten Fällen von der Pflicht zur Quellenangabe entbinden. 11 sGS 147.11. 12 SR 510.620.
