§ 26 Anzuwendende Vorschriften
(1) Die Krankenhausapotheke ist die Funktionseinheit eines Krankenhauses, der die Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Versorgung von einem oder mehreren Krankenhäusern mit Arzneimitteln und apothekenpflichtigen Medizinprodukten sowie die Information und Beratung über diese Produkte, insbesondere von Ärzten, Pflegekräften und Patienten, obliegt. (2) Die Vorschriften der §§ 1a und 2a sowie der §§ 4a, 6 bis 8 und 11 bis 14, 16, 17 Absatz 1 und 6c, der §§ 18, 20 Absatz 1 und der §§ 21, 22, 23 Absatz 5 und § 25a gelten für den Betrieb von Krankenhausapotheken entsprechend.
