§ 28 Personal der Krankenhausapotheke
(1) Das für einen ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb der Krankenhausapotheke notwendige Personal, insbesondere auch das pharmazeutische Personal, muss in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden sein. Der Personalbedarf ergibt sich aus Art und Umfang einer medizinisch zweckmäßigen und ausreichenden Versorgung des Krankenhauses mit Arzneimitteln und apothekenpflichtigen Medizinprodukten unter Berücksichtigung von Größe, Art und Leistungsstruktur des Krankenhauses. Satz 2 gilt entsprechend, soweit die Krankenhausapotheke auch andere Krankenhäuser versorgt. (2) Für den Einsatz des Apothekenpersonals ist der Leiter der Krankenhausapotheke verantwortlich. (3) Die Vorschriften des § 3 Absatz 1, 5, 5b, 5c und 6 gelten entsprechend.
