§ 8. Nõukogu
(1) Nõukogu on kooli kõrgeim kollegiaalne otsustuskogu, mille ülesanne on kooli tegevuse korraldamine ja arengu kavandamine. (2) Nõukogu täidab oma ülesandeid kutseõppeasutuse seaduse §-s 17 ja teistes õigusaktides sätestatud alusel. (3) Nõukogu võtab oma pädevuse piires vastu otsuseid.
