Art. 17 IV. Straf- und Schlussbestimmungen
1 Widerhandlungen gegen dieses Reglement und gegen die Vollzugsverordnung des Gemeinderates werden mit Busse bis zum Höchstbetrag gemäss Art. 58 Abs. 2 des Gemeindegesetzes (GG)1 bestraft. 2 Die zuständige Direktion erlässt die Bussenverfügung. Das Verfahren richtet sich nach Art. 59 GG in Verbindung mit Art. 51 ff. der Gemeindeverordnung (GV)2. 3 Vorbehalten bleibt die Anwendung der kantonalen und eidgenössischen Strafbestimmungen.
