§ 11 Ersatzausfertigung
Ist ein UKW-Sprechfunkzeugnis (UBI) oder ein Funkzeugnis nach § 4 Abs. 3 Nr. 4 unbrauchbar geworden, verloren gegangen oder sonst abhanden gekommen, stellt die zuständige Behörde auf Antrag eine Ersatzausfertigung aus, die als solche zu kennzeichnen ist. Ein unbrauchbar gewordenes oder wieder aufgefundenes Zeugnis ist bei der zuständigen Behörde abzuliefern.
